Therefore, we ask you to refrain you from taking a wrong step and below, we provide you some very important helplines & emergency numbers that will help you during difficult situations.

Police: At the time of occurrence of any crime, the first saviour that comes to our mind is the Police. Police not only helps us during the crime, but also helps us in grabbing the culprit. Do not hesitate to call 100 in an emergency.

Fire Service: An outbreak of fire can turn many dreams and desires into ashes within moments. And extinguishing a fire is not a child’s play. A courageous and professional team like fire brigade is required to extinguish the fire. So, whenever a small flame turns into a fire without wasting even a second call 101.

Ambulance: At the time of an accident or an emergency casethe patient has to be taken to hospital immediately. A minor delay in treatment can be a matter of life and death. So, when any of your known ones or someone else is in such a critical condition call 102 on the spot.

Child Abuse: Child Abuse is a curse to the society. It needs to be eradicated from the roots. In the age where they are to be nurtured with absolute care, some people take benefit of their innocence and childhood. If you find any child distressed and if he/she tries to share something with you, but you are unable to understand him/her, call 1098.

Crime against Women: On one hand women are acquiring their rights to live with liberty and on the other crimes against them are increasing rapidly. Even if women acquire all the rights, they won’t be able to live with liberty until and unless crimes against them are stopped. And to let them breathe without any fear firm steps have to be taken. So, if any women is susceptible to any crime or if any crime has taken place against her, call immediately on 1090 / 1091 or at 0111-23219750.

Domestic and Sexual Violence: Harassing women at home for dowry or a baby boy is not a legacy to our society but a curse that we have carried forward. And the worse situation is when forceful sex with wife is not considered as rape. When you find any women who needs to be rescued from the traps of such demons call on 181.
