Is value of your life just rupees 2 per day?
Today, each one of us is leading a lavish lifestyle. We never tend to compromise on our luxury. In any case we won’t be a penny-pincher if it’s a matter of our status, even if a light purse makes a heavy heart.
For instance, if it’s a case of apparels, we would only buy branded clothes and that too from renowned outlets or e-commerce websites. In case of accessories we would not settle for anything which is not recognized as a brand. Gadgets and home-decor too fall under this category.
And speaking of dining and entertainment, we always prefer the best-in-class. Because, not going to a 5 Star or a multiplex will choke our throat and ruin our fun. And we travel by our own car or bike rather than by a cab or an auto.
So, in a nutshell, we are the kind of people who never choose to be miser and settle only for the best. But, aren’t we missing something? Oh yes! Our Security. Isn’t it?
Surely, you might be having a security guard from the best agency, guarding your gate. And you might be paying him extravagantly to keep him enthusiast while guarding. Right?
No

In a small research conducted by our team we found that there are roughly 25 flats in a normal building. And normally there are around 4 residents per flat. So, overall nearly 100 inhabitants reside in a building.
And you would be surprised if you acquaint with the amount these 100 people collectively pay to their security guard or rather watchman.
They approximately pay just rupees 6000 per month to him. That is 200 rupees per day and the more amazing fact is, it comes out to be just rupees 2 per person.

Don’t be surprised, you are one amongst them. So, you spend such a negligible amount on your security? When it comes to luxury you spend profligately and when it comes to security which is one of the basic needs of today’s age, you neglect it?Amazing! So, what do you expect from your security guard after paying him this amount? To be vigilant while guarding your premises? Or to be well-trained to safeguard you from any threat? You seriously expect this from him? Now, it’s up to you whether to still continue with the same security guard who is just minting an extra source of income by comforting the seat in his cabinet or to go with a professional security guard. Will you still value your life just rupees 2 per day?
